Eivør, is a Faroese singer-songwriter with a distinctive voice. She is educated as a classical vocalist but her talent is wide ranging and her musical interests include various music genres like rock, jazz, folk, pop, and European classical music. Her musical roots are in the Faroese ballads.

Many of her songs are in Faroese, some are in Icelandic, Norwegian, Danish and Swedish, and the most recent are in English.

Her new album, Segl, is coming out later this month and we at Nú Ninja are waiting impatiently 🙂
