On May 28th at 17:00, Katla will open its doors for a special literary gathering in the company of Danish author Kim Andrea Brofeldt.

Brofeldt, whose novel Finals has recently been published in Catalan by Foehn Edicions, will join us for a relaxed and personal conversation about writing, books, and storytelling.

Rather than a formal book presentation, we’re imagining the evening as a cosy literary meet-up, an intimate space where readers can exchange thoughts with the author in a warm and informal atmosphere. 📚✨

The main language of the discussion will be English, to accommodate both the author and our wonderfully mixed group of guests. But if you feel more comfortable speaking Catalan, Spanish or Danish, don’t worry we’ll help each other translate along the way.

If you haven’t yet read Finals, now is a perfect time to stop by the shop and pick up a copy. We currently have it available in Catalan.

That said, even if you haven’t read the book, this event is absolutely still for you if you’re in the mood for an enriching afternoon filled with good conversation and a warm atmosphere.
