He is tall. is the artistic name of a Copenhagen based singer-songwriter Troels Thorkild Sørensen.  Born in Aarhus, Denmark, in 1993 into a family of sport enthusiasts, Sørensen did not discover his passion for music until he was around 15 years of age. At that point, he learned that musical expression was a great tool as an emotional outlet, and in many ways an easy and natural way for him. Later he learned the guitar, which is his main instrument today.

First single released by He is tall. was the song Open your mouth pt.2 in 2018. Since then, four more singles have followed, the latest one New York was released just this Thursday. The song is a tribute to a North-America trip that the artist took when he was young and the friendships he made in his twenties. Legendary artists like Harry Nilsson, Schott Walker provided the musical inspiration, as well as Sufjan Stevens and Bon Iver.
