The Dialogue Series (2019) by Icelandic band Fufanu is a collection of three EPs—Dialogue I, Dialogue II, and Dialogue III—combined into one complete release. Recorded in collaboration with producer Alap Momin, the album marks a shift from the band’s post-punk roots toward a more electronic, experimental sound. Pulsating synths, minimalist beats, and hypnotic vocals create dark, futuristic landscapes throughout the record. The Dialogue Series explores themes of disconnection and self-reflection, blending krautrock energy with Icelandic cool in a bold sonic evolution.
